Developing a 0-1 product to help people who wants to reduce, stop or control their alcohol consumption
Summary
Sobero is the new digital solution of Kwit, putting this time science at people's service to find joy beyond alcohol consumption.
We spent ten months immersed in understanding the underlying relationship that exists between people and alcohol.
During that time, we achieved to develop the first version of an integrative tool that helps people create mindful drinking habits while developing the cognitive, social, and emotional skills to manage all situations involving alcohol.
After the first month of its release, Sobero reached an 11,7% download-to-trial, being the average of the best 25% apps 7,5%. Source: Revenue Cat reports over 22k apps.

My Role
For this project, I lead a team of 3 direct reports - UX UI Designer, Junior Motion Designer, Junior UX Writer. Also, I teamed up with all C’ level executives (CEO, CPO, CTO), Head of Marketing, dev’ team and actual Kwit users.
